Today, students had the opportunity to take part in Colonial Day! Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to visit six stations. All stations were focused on the colonial time period and had many hands-on activities. Check out the photos of the fun students had below.
Time is really flying! Fifth grade students worked very hard on their PSSA's and are now finished. All fifth grade teachers are very proud of the focus and attention students gave to their assessments. Despite testing, students still had the opportunity to enjoy fun activities over the past two weeks. These included; testing variables on self-made pendulums in science, using outdoor space to enjoy D.E.A.R. reading time, and having the opportunity to take a book walk and choose a novel that will be read in a book club. With the end of the school year quickly approaching, remember that you can find and record all important upcoming school dates at this link |
